Loan Vehicle Policy

Bookings are essential if you require a Loan Vehicle while your vehicle is in for a service. We will provide a Loan Vehicle to customers based on the following terms and conditions:

• When booking a Loan Vehicle suitable notice is required (as vehicles do get booked out).
• A photocopy of your driver's licence will be taken. (No vehicle can be released without proof that the customer holds a current driver's licence).
• It is the responsibility of the person that borrows the loan vehicle to pay for any motor vehicle damage, speed camera notices or fines while the vehicle is out at the time of loan.
• An Insurance Excess of $2,000 applies to all Loan Vehicles, or the cost of repairs (whichever is lesser) in the unfortunate event you have an accident.
• A cleaning and fuelling charge of $35 .00 per day will be charged to your invoice.
• The Loan Vehicle Agreement Form must be signed and completed by the customer, a driver over the age of 25 years.
• If the Loan Vehicle is not returned on the same day a further day's fee will be charged.

Without your co-operation customers who have booked a Loan Vehicle the following day will be inconvenienced. There will be no exception to these terms and conditions unless approved by the Service Manager.
